All Ticket prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order.
3.3 Errors and Adjustments
In the event of any pricing or typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust Ticket prices accordingly.
4.1 Refund Policy

4.2 Event Cancellations or Rescheduling
In the event that a show is canceled or rescheduled, we will notify you by email. Tickets purchased will remain valid for the rescheduled event or, if not applicable, you may be entitled to a refund at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. However, cancellations may not be accepted if the show date is imminent or if Tickets have already been issued.

5.2 Ticket Use
Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise. Duplicate or fraudulent Tickets will not be honored, and admission may be refused.

By attending our shows, you agree to comply with all venue rules and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
